We’re seeking an Account Manager to join our Account Services team and drive day-to-day relationships with high-profile clients in entertainment, sports, and lifestyle brands. You’ll be the bridge between clients and internal teams ensuring projects run smoothly, deliverables exceed expectations, and opportunities for growth are always identified and pursued.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment, balances client management with hands-on project execution, and loves keeping multiple moving parts in sync.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, building trust and strong partnerships.
- Drive campaign workflows from briefings through delivery, collaborating with strategy, creative and production teams.
- Translate client needs into clear briefs, timelines, and deliverables for internal teams.
- Track budgets, timelines, resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Lead daily communications with clients and internal teams.
- Drive project management efforts, including Asana task management, internal workflow organization, and delivering clear client feedback to the team.
- Contribute to strategic discussions and identify opportunities to grow client accounts.
- Support Account Director and leadership with cost proposals, scopes, and business development initiatives.
- Manage influencer marketing campaigns including creator outreach, briefing, contracting, coordinating deliverables and ensuring flawless campaign execution.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years creative agency experience
- Prior experience working in social media and influencer marketing is required
- Experience working with entertainment or sports clients is a huge plus for this role
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and confidently to clients and internal teams
- Strong team player with experience working cross-functionally across strategy, creative and production teams
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities without missing deadlines
- Proactive and resourceful in anticipating challenges and finding solutions
- Passion for creativity, culture, and innovative marketing campaigns
