GLOW is excited to welcome our newest Associate Social Manager to our award-winning digital and social creative agency in NYC. This new addition to the team will work alongside entertainment marketing professionals providing real solutions for our high profile entertainment clients who are considered elite storytellers in digital and social media.

Our downtown boutique office is a collaborative, creative, fast-paced environment where we develop high impact digital strategies, content, and experiences. The right person for this role has a passion for the digital/social space, is knowledgeable, opinionated, and brings with them enthusiasm, shares our work ethic, attention to detail, and has a willingness to learn.

What You'll Do
  • Liaise with client to ensure we are optimized to meet their business objectives through fostering and nurturing a community on social media
  • Write and manage editorial calendar and publish on owned social channels
  • Identify social trends, conversations, and marketing innovations to client and provide actionable recommendations to elevate campaign
  • Execute content labs and weekly content recommendations
  • Co-leads social planning and rollout schedules
  • Participate in brainstorms and provide strategic recommendations
  • Lead live-tweeting / war room initiatives for small-scale campaign launches
  • Develop and present day-to-day strategies within a campaign
  • Work alongside our Account and Design teams to facilitate efficient execution
  • Works alongside Social Managers to develop paid media social copy and assets
  • Provide boots on the ground live event and red carpet coverage, supporting Social Managers, Associate Directors and Directors
  • Co-lead client calls and provide actionable insights and recommendations
  • Work hand in hand with Project Managers and Social Managers to ensure projects stay organized, meet delivery schedule, and within scope
  • Support Directors, Associate Directors and Social Managers to develop social voice & tone, community management recommendations, and strategic concepts for pitches
  • On-board and provide guidance to new GLOW associate producers and interns
  • Support GLOW initiatives by recommending and implementing new processes
What You Have
    • 2-3 years social media community management experience
    • Clear comprehension social best practices and what’s on the cusp digitally
    • Passionate about all things entertainment/TV/Film/Streaming
    • Painstaking attention to detail and project management
    • Stellar writing and communication skills
