As a GLOW Integrated Producer, you will work alongside our GLOW disciplines and clients to interpret our client’s business goals, objectives, and their creative intentions then clearly identify, document, and own a cross-functional action plan that will deliver effective, award-wining creative.

The GLOW Integrated Producer must have existing Integrated Production, Account Management and Creative Studio experience and be passionate about all things Brands / Consumer Electronics / Music / Entertainment / TV / Film / Streaming.  Knowledge in the Display Media space is a plus.

What You'll Do

Studio Management

  • Creative Outline – Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify, solution, and document each project
  • Creative Design, Development, and Execution – Oversees Studio assignments, fosters colleague creative engagement, and encourages creative innovation
  • Creative Ways of Working – Provides best practice guidance and promotes established processes
  • Creative Innovation – Champions ideas, application recommendations, and creative team involvement

Delivery Management

  • Business Engagement – Reviews business documentation to ensure accurate creative representation incorporating client goals, objectives, deliverables, timelines and budgets
  • Studio Assignments – Partners with the Delivery Team to ensure that all creative work is properly represented in the project management application, Wrike
  • Studio Talent Resources – Identifies creative colleagues based on individual expertise and availability
  • Studio Time Management – Ensures daily entries and approves timesheet submissions
  • Vendor & Contingent Repository – Proactively identifies on-demand businesses and consultants/freelancers

Account Management

  • Client Creative Collaboration – Partners with our Clients to verify their technology-based creative vision, clarify creative scope, and lock-in specific creative deliverables to complement the client’s expectations, timeline, and budget
  • Client Creative Feedback – Translates client remarks, provide suggestions, and verifies client requests
  • Client Creative Sessions – Facilitates client meetings, documents session outcomes, and owns follow-up’s
  • Client Scope Creep – Proactively addresses client concerns to minimize re-work and remain within budget
  • New Business Opportunities – Provides creative solutions and participates as needed

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Integrated Production – Five+ years of experience
    • Creative Studio – Five+ years of experience
    • Account Management – Five+ years
